Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BTS Savant Services LLC, we value our clients and are committed to providing quality, professional services. Our refund policy is based on the type of service purchased, the work already completed, and applicable laws. Services that have been completed are generally nonrefundable.

Credit Optimization & Credit Repair

Clients have the right to cancel within the time allowed by applicable law, including Florida's five-day cancellation period for covered credit-service contracts. After the cancellation period, refund eligibility is based on services completed, the client agreement, and applicable law. Fees for services lawfully completed are generally nonrefundable.

Tax Preparation Services

Tax preparation fees are generally nonrefundable once a tax return has been completed and filed. If a client cancels before filing, any eligible refund will be determined by the work already performed. We do not guarantee tax refund amounts or processing times.

Vehicle Rental Services

All rental cancellations, refunds, and deposits are subject to the terms of the applicable rental agreement. Rental charges and authorized fees may apply. Refundable deposits will be returned after any lawful deductions.

Administrative & Business Solutions

Refund requests are reviewed based on the services already provided. Fees for completed services are generally nonrefundable. Any eligible refund for services not performed will be determined according to the service agreement and applicable law.

BTS Bucks — Service Credits

At our discretion, BTS Savant Services LLC may offer BTS Bucks as a goodwill gesture or service credit toward future eligible services. Complimentary BTS Bucks are nontransferable, do not expire, and cannot be exchanged for cash. BTS Bucks do not replace monetary refunds required by law.

Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@btssavantservicesllc.com. All requests are reviewed individually. Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the applicable service agreement and legal requirements.

Nothing in this policy limits or overrides a client's rights under applicable federal or state law.
